About the Role
We are seeking a Cold Email Marketing Specialist to configure, monitor, and scale our cold outreach email infrastructure.
You will handle the technical setup of outreach domains, warm up email accounts, check deliverability, and write high-conversion copy sequences.
By analyzing reply metrics and A/B testing copy, you will optimize our campaign outcomes. The goal of this position is to book discovery meetings on our sales directors' calendars through smart, scalable cold email workflows.

What You'll Do
- Configure and manage cold email domains, inbox warmups, DNS records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
- Write high-conversion B2B cold email copies and A/B test subject lines/value propositions.
- Schedule and monitor automated campaigns on Instantly, Woodpecker, or Lemlist.
- Handle replies, qualify prospects, and book discovery calls directly onto our sales directors' calendars.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience running successful B2B cold email campaigns.
- Deep technical knowledge of email deliverability, domain setup, and warmup protocols.
- Exceptional copywriting skills in professional English.
- Proven track record of achieving high open and positive reply rates.
