About the Role
Develop core operational leadership skills in our KPO & Operations division. Over 3 to 6 months, you will execute high-level market research, manage SLA ticketing queues, validate analytical datasets, and draft operational SOPs.
Stage 1 — The Internship Accelerator (Duration: 3 - 6 Months): Practical operational experience supervised by an Operations Manager. Includes structured workflow training, performance evaluations, and an official Internship Completion Certificate. No stipend.
Stage 2 — Full-Time Permanent Employment Opportunity: Interns exhibiting strong organizational discipline, analytical skills, and operational excellence will be evaluated for full-time Operations Analyst positions.

What You'll Do
- Conduct structured industry research and synthesize operational data.

- Monitor SLA queue metrics and helpdesk ticketing workflows in Zendesk.
What We're Looking For
- Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, CS/IT, or related fields.
- High attention to detail and proficiency in Excel/Sheets.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
