We are seeking a visionary Lead UI/UX Designer to elevate our digital products. You will own the end-to-end design process, from conceptualization to execution.

What You'll Do
- Lead the UX/UI design process for complex web, mobile, and enterprise applications.
- Create comprehensive user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Establish, document, and aggressively maintain a cohesive, scalable design system.
- Conduct rigorous user research, A/B testing, and usability testing to iterate on designs iteratively.
- Collaborate closely with frontend engineers to ensure pixel-perfect, highly animated implementation.
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and clients, articulating the strategic rationale behind design decisions.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience designing complex, high-traffic digital products.
- Exceptional portfolio demonstrating premium UI design, interaction design, and strategic UX thinking.
- Expert proficiency in Figma, FigJam, and advanced prototyping tools (ProtoPie, Principle).
- Strong understanding of modern web capabilities (HTML/CSS limitations, motion design principles).
- Proven experience building, maintaining, and scaling comprehensive design systems from scratch.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to mentor junior designers effectively.
