We are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer who obsesses over pixel-perfect UI and sub-second load times.

You will lead the frontend architecture for our core enterprise products, ensuring a seamless and accessible experience for thousands of users globally.

What You'll Do

  • Architect, design, and implement complex, interactive web applications using React and Next.js.
  • Implement fluid animations and micro-interactions using Framer Motion or GSAP to deliver a premium feel.
  • Optimize core web vitals, rendering performance, and bundle sizes for massive scale applications.
  • Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to translate Figma prototypes into flawless code.
  • Lead code reviews, establish frontend best practices, and actively mentor junior developers.
  • Design and maintain a highly reusable, documented component library using Storybook.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of production experience with React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystems.
  • Deep understanding of modern CSS architectures (TailwindCSS, CSS-in-JS) and complex animations.
  • Extensive experience with global state management (Zustand, Redux, or React Query).
  • Strong grasp of web accessibility (a11y) standards and responsive design principles.
  • Experience configuring build tools (Webpack, Vite, Turbopack) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • A product-focused mindset with a keen eye for aesthetic detail and user experience.
